The ANCA Graduate Program is designed to give you the tools, experience, and mentorship you need to succeed.
The Program offers a tailored learning experience with purpose-built rotations across various disciplines and departments to complement your growth. You will gain on the job training, contribute to impactful projects, and be supported with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

How it works

Join us on a permanent, full-time basis at our Bayswater North head office
Spend 18 months in our ANCA Graduate Program
Get exposure to key areas across the business through program rotations
Learn from those who are passionate about what they do – have a dedicated Mentor to guide and support you through the Program
Gain professional and technical skills through structured development programs and hands-on work experience

With ANCA’s graduate program I can rotate through various engineering disciplines and teams, developing a variety of skills, building my knowledge base outside of my primary discipline and creating connections across the business. Eligibility

To be eligible for the ANCA Graduate Program, you must:

Be currently in the final year of your degree program, or

Have graduated in the last 24 months at the time of application

Be currently residing within Australia with current working rights
